Your book is one of the finest Indian cookbooks available in New Zealand. I have enjoyed India and its cuisine all my life and probably eat Indian food at least three or four days a week. I have eaten at various places in India and I think that sampling the different styles and flavours have always been a highlight of any trip to India.

When you first published the books, I brought two copies and the recipes come out as they are written. Then I sent my copy to my son in America. He and his wife loves the book.
